Almond Butter Cake
Equipment
- 9-inch round cake pan
- Mixing bowls
- Electric mixer or whisk

Ingredients
- 1 cup almond butter smooth
- 1 cup sugar or coconut sugar for a healthier option
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup coconut oil or butter melted
- 1/4 cup milk dairy or plant-based
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch round cake pan. Line the bottom with parchment paper for easy removal.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat together the almond butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In another bowl, whisk together the almond flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing well.
