  • 30 g olive oil
  • 20 g honey or sugar
  • 10 g salt
  • 1 egg for egg wash optional
  • Sesame seeds optional

Method
 

  1. Mix flour, water, sourdough starter, olive oil, honey, and salt to make a soft dough.
