- Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Toss in broccoli, bell peppers, carrot, and snap peas. Stir-fry for 5–7 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Add soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Stir well to coat vegetables evenly.
- Cook for another 1–2 minutes, then remove from heat.
- Serve hot over cooked rice or noodles.
