Ingredients
  

  • 3 packets of flavored gelatin choose different colors/flavors
  • 4 cups boiling water
  • 2 cups cold water divided into two 1-cup portions
  • 1 cup whipped cream optional for decoration

Equipment

  • 3 large bowls (or more if using multiple flavors)
  • 1 large serving dish or individual molds
  • Measuring cups
  • Whisk or spoon
  • Refrigerator

Method
 

  1. Prepare the First Layer: Dissolve one packet of gelatin in 1 cup of boiling water. Add 1/3 cup of cold water and stir. Pour into a serving dish or molds and refrigerate for 30 minutes until firm but not fully set.
  2. Prepare the Second Layer: Dissolve the second packet of gelatin in 1 cup of boiling water, add 1/3 cup cold water, and mix well. Once the first layer is firm, gently pour the second layer on top. Refrigerate until set.
  3. Prepare the Third Layer: Repeat the process with the third gelatin flavor. Pour it carefully on top of the set layers and refrigerate until the entire dessert is firm.
  4. Optional Decoration: After all layers are set, top with whipped cream or any other desired decoration.
  5. Serve: Once the gelatin is fully set, slice and serve.

Notes

  • To prevent disturbing the layers, pour each new layer gently and slowly.
  • If you're in a hurry, refrigerate the layers for 10-15 minutes before adding the next one to speed up the process.
  • You can add fruit between the layers for added texture and flavor.
