Ingredients
  

  • 1 pizza dough
  • ½ cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 25 pepperoni slices
  • ¼ cup hot honey
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh basil optional
  • Crushed red pepper flakes optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 500°F (260°C).
  2. Warm the hot honey in a small saucepan for 2–3 minutes.
  3. Stretch the pizza dough into a 12-inch circle.
  4. Spread the pizza sauce over the dough.
  5. Add the mozzarella cheese.
  6. Arrange the pepperoni slices on top.
  7. Bake for 10–14 minutes, until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  8. Remove the pizza from the oven.
  9. Drizzle with hot honey.
  10. Sprinkle with Parmesan, basil, and red pepper flakes if desired.
  11. Slice and serve warm.
