Method
- Pour honey into a pan.
- Heat on low to medium flame.
- Stir slowly and cook until it becomes thick.
- Heat until it reaches hard candy stage (around 150°C / 300°F).
- Quickly pour onto parchment paper or molds.
- Insert sticks immediately.
- Let it cool and harden completely.
Notes
- Do not overheat honey or it will taste bitter.
- Work fast once honey reaches hard crack stage.
- Keep liquid add-ins minimal for proper hardening.
- Store in airtight container to avoid stickiness.
- Not suitable for babies under 1 year old.
