Ingredients
  

  • Cinnamon Roll Base
  • 1 can refrigerated cinnamon rolls icing reserved
  • Cheesecake Filling
  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Honey Glaze
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 –2 tbsp milk

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Grease a springform pan.

  2. Press cinnamon rolls into the bottom of the pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Pour cheesecake mixture over cinnamon roll base.
  5. Bake for 40–55 minutes until center is slightly jiggly.
  6. Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  7. Mix glaze ingredients and drizzle on top before serving.

Notes

  • Use room-temperature cream cheese for a smooth texture.
  • Do not overbake; center should still slightly jiggle.
  • Chill well before slicing for clean pieces.
  • Refrigerated cinnamon rolls work best for this recipe.
  • Add more honey or sugar to adjust glaze thickness and sweetness.
