  • 2 –3 medium golden beets peeled and chopped
  • 1 –2 apples or pears cored and chopped
  • 1 small piece of fresh ginger about 1 inch, peeled
  • Juice of ½ lemon

  • Optional: fresh herbs mint, basil for flavor

Method
 

  1. Prepare the produce: Wash, peel, and chop all ingredients into pieces small enough to fit your juicer.
