Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat up.
Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness. If using a pizza stone, transfer the dough to a piece of parchment paper.
Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges for the crust.
Layer the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly on top of the sauce.
Add slices of ham, roasted pork, and the sliced plantains on top of the cheese.
Scatter the bell peppers and onions evenly over the pizza.
Drizzle the pizza with a little olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.
Remove the pizza from the oven and squeeze fresh lime juice over the top. Garnish with fresh cilantro if desired.
Slice and serve hot. Enjoy your Cuban-inspired pizza!
