Method

  3. Mix gently: Stir slowly in one direction to evenly distribute crystals and prevent grainy texture.

  5. Check texture development: Once honey becomes thick and pale, gently stir or whip it to create a creamy, fluffy consistency.
  6. Final whip: Whisk lightly until smooth, airy, and spreadable like soft butter.
