Juicer Method:
Wash all ingredients thoroughly.
Peel sweet potato if desired and chop into small cubes.
Feed sweet potato, carrot, apple, and ginger into the juicer.
Collect the juice in a glass or jug.
Add lemon or orange juice for extra tang if desired.
Stir well and serve chilled with ice cubes.
Blender Method:
Wash and chop all ingredients.
Add sweet potato cubes and optional ingredients to the blender.
Add ½–1 cup water or coconut water.
Blend until smooth.
Strain through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth for pulp-free juice.
Add citrus juice for flavor and serve immediately.
