Ingredients
  

  • 1 whole rabbit cut into pieces
  • 4 carrots sliced
  • 3 potatoes peeled and chopped
  • 1 onion diced
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme
  • 1 tbsp rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Place the rabbit pieces, carrots, potatoes, onion, and garlic in the slow cooker.

Notes
