Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 –3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 cup tomato sauce or crushed tomatoes
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

  • Red chili flakes for spice
  • 1 tablespoon butter for extra richness
  • Fresh parsley
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Cooked chicken or shrimp

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat.

  3. Pour in tomato sauce or crushed tomatoes and simmer for 5–10 minutes.
  4. Reduce the heat and slowly add heavy cream while stirring continuously.
  5. Add Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Mix well until the sauce becomes smooth and creamy with a pink color.
  7. Simmer for another 2–3 minutes to allow the flavors to combine.
  8. Serve warm with pasta, chicken, seafood, or vegetables.
