Ingredients
  

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 3 tablespoons almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Add the protein powder and oat flour to a bowl.
  2. Mix in the peanut butter, almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  3. Stir until a cookie dough texture forms.

  5. Chill for 15 minutes and enjoy.

Notes

  • Add more almond milk if the dough is too dry.
  • Add more oat flour if the dough is too wet.
