  • 1 –2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup optional
  • Ice cubes optional

Method
 

  1. Pour water into a pitcher or glass jar.
  2. Add the lemon juice and Himalayan pink salt.
  3. Stir thoroughly until the salt is fully dissolved.
  4. Add honey or maple syrup if you prefer a slightly sweet taste.
  5. Serve chilled over ice cubes, if desired.

Notes

  • Adjust the lemon juice to taste for more or less tartness.
  • Honey is optional and can be replaced with maple syrup or omitted entirely.
  • Do not exceed the recommended amount of salt, as excessive sodium intake may be harmful.
