Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound pizza dough
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ cup sour cream or ranch dressing
  • cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup white cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup dill pickles thinly sliced and drained
  • ¼ cup pickle juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill chopped

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C)
  2. Roll pizza dough into a 12-14 inch circle
  3. Mix olive oil with minced garlic and brush over dough
  4. Pat pickle slices dry with paper towels
  5. Spread sour cream or ranch over the garlic oil base
  6. Sprinkle both cheeses evenly over the base
  7. Arrange dried pickle slices on top
  8. Add most of the fresh dill
  9. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden and bubbly
  10. Drizzle with pickle juice and remaining dill
