  • 1 tsp lime zest optional

Method
 

  1. In a saucepan, combine water and sugar over medium heat.

  5. Remove from heat and allow it to cool.
  6. Strain to remove zest or pulp if desired.
  7. Pour into a clean glass jar and refrigerate.
