Ingredients
  

  • 1 –2 teaspoons dried lemon balm leaves or 2–3 fresh leaves
  • 1 cup hot water
  • Optional: a slice of lemon or a teaspoon of honey for taste

  • Tea strainer or infuser
  • Spoon

Method
 

  1. Boil water and let it cool slightly (around 90°C / 194°F).

  2. Place lemon balm leaves in a tea infuser or directly into your cup.

  4. Let steep for 5–10 minutes.

  6. Add lemon or honey if desired.
