Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups leftover brisket shredded
  • 8 small corn or flour tortillas
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • ½ cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • ½ cup salsa optional
  • 1 lime cut into wedges
  • 1 small onion thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for reheating brisket
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
  2. Once the oil is hot, add the shredded brisket and heat for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Warm the tortillas in a separate pan for about 1 minute on each side or microwave them for 20-30 seconds.
