Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1 small chili pepper optional

Method
 

  1. Warm the honey gently in a saucepan.
  2. Add chili flakes and stir well.
  3. Simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
  4. Let it cool and pour into a jar.
