Ingredients
  

  • 500 g ground beef chicken, or turkey
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • Salt and pepper
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ cup honey
  • 1 –2 tbsp chili flakes or hot sauce
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp vinegar

Equipment

  • Mixing bowl
  • Baking tray or frying pan
  • Saucepan
  • Spoon or spatula

Method
 

  1. Mix meat, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic, and seasoning in a bowl.
  2. Roll into small meatballs.
  3. Bake or fry until fully cooked.
  4. In a pan, melt butter and add honey, chili, and vinegar.
  5. Stir and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
  6. Add meatballs and coat with sauce.
  7. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Adjust spice level by changing chili amount.
  • Don’t overmix meat for softer meatballs.
  • Works great with rice, pasta, or as appetizers.
  • Can be stored in the fridge for 3–4 days.
