  • 1 –2 cups mozzarella cheese
  • Flavor
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • ½ tsp chili flakes adjust to taste
  • ¼ cup honey

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. Place flatbread on a baking tray and brush lightly with olive oil.
  3. Spread minced garlic evenly over the flatbread.

  5. Bake for 10–12 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  6. While baking, warm honey in a small pan and mix in chili flakes to create hot honey.
  7. Remove flatbread from oven once ready.
  8. Drizzle hot honey generously over the hot flatbread.
  9. Slice and serve immediately while warm.
