Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F) or prepare air fryer/skillet.

  3. Place chicken on a tray or skillet and cook for 35–45 minutes (or until crispy and fully cooked).
  4. While chicken cooks, warm honey in a small pan over low heat.
  5. Add hot sauce/chili flakes, butter, and vinegar. Stir until smooth.
  6. Once chicken is cooked, remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes.
  7. Brush or drizzle hot honey glaze over chicken while still hot.
  8. Serve immediately for best flavor and texture.
