Method
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F) or prepare air fryer/skillet.
- Pat chicken thighs dry and season with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and chili powder.
- Place chicken on a tray or skillet and cook for 35–45 minutes (or until crispy and fully cooked).
- While chicken cooks, warm honey in a small pan over low heat.
- Add hot sauce/chili flakes, butter, and vinegar. Stir until smooth.
- Once chicken is cooked, remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes.
- Brush or drizzle hot honey glaze over chicken while still hot.
- Serve immediately for best flavor and texture.

- For extra crispiness, air fry or use a wire rack in the oven.
- Always add hot honey after cooking to prevent burning.
- Adjust spice level by increasing or reducing chili/hot sauce.
- Best served fresh, but leftovers can be reheated in the oven to restore crispiness.
