  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 –3 tablespoons prepared horseradish adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice or white vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard optional
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives or parsley optional, for garnish

Method
 

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine sour cream and mayonnaise until smooth.

  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
