Method
 

  1. Make the walnuts: Cook sugar and water in a small saucepan. Add walnuts and stir until coated. Transfer to a plate and let cool.

  4. Make the sauce: In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, honey, condensed milk, and lemon juice.
  5. Combine: Toss the fried shrimp with the sauce until evenly coated.
