Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup 240 ml fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup 170 g honey
  • 1 cup 240 ml warm water
  • 4 cups 960 ml cold water
  • Ice for serving
  • Lemon slices optional

  • Citrus juicer or reamer
  • Measuring cups
  • Spoon or whisk
  • Fine mesh strainer (optional)

Method
 

  1. Juice the lemons and strain out any seeds.
  2. Whisk the honey into the warm water until completely dissolved.
  3. Pour the honey mixture into a large pitcher.
  4. Add the fresh lemon juice and cold water.
  5. Stir well and taste.
  6. Adjust with additional honey, lemon juice, or water if needed.
  7. Chill thoroughly or serve immediately over ice.
  8. Garnish with lemon slices if desired.
