Method
- Add cold water to a small saucepan and sprinkle gelatin powder evenly over the water. Allow it to sit for 5 minutes to bloom properly.

- Heat the gelatin mixture over low heat, stirring gently until fully dissolved. Avoid boiling the mixture.
- Remove from heat and add lemon juice, raw honey, turmeric powder, black pepper, and optional ginger or coconut oil. Whisk until the mixture becomes smooth and evenly combined.
- Carefully pour the mixture into silicone gummy molds using a dropper bottle or small ladle.
- Place the molds on a flat tray and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to 2 hours for a firmer texture.
- Remove the gummies from the molds and store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Notes
Store homemade turmeric gummies in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
Use high-quality turmeric powder for better flavor and color.
Do not use too much turmeric, as it can make the gummies taste bitter.
For vegan gummies, replace gelatin with agar-agar, but expect a firmer texture.
Raw honey should not be given to children under 12 months due to the risk of infant botulism.
You can customize the recipe by adding ginger, cinnamon, orange juice, or other natural flavors.
