Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, combine milk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
- Gradually add wet ingredients to dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Mix brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Pour half the batter into the pan, sprinkle half the cinnamon mixture, add remaining batter, and top with the rest of the cinnamon sugar. Swirl gently with a knife.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- While the cake cools slightly, whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla for the glaze. Drizzle over the warm cake.
- Slice, serve, and enjoy!
