Method
- Warm the water or milk (do NOT boil).
- Add turmeric powder and mix well.
- Let the mixture cool slightly (important for honey).
- Add raw honey and stir gently.
- Add black pepper or ginger if desired.
- Drink slowly while warm.
Notes
- Do not add honey to boiling liquid (it reduces its benefits).
- Best taken once or twice daily depending on health needs.
- Morning use supports detox and energy.
- Night use supports sleep and recovery.
- Not recommended in excess for diabetic patients without medical advice.
