Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup warm water or warm milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder or fresh grated turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon raw honey

Method
 

  1. Warm the water or milk (do NOT boil).
  2. Add turmeric powder and mix well.
  3. Let the mixture cool slightly (important for honey).
  4. Add raw honey and stir gently.
  5. Add black pepper or ginger if desired.
  6. Drink slowly while warm.

Notes

  • Do not add honey to boiling liquid (it reduces its benefits).
