Method
 

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook Pasta: Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and toss with butter to prevent sticking.
  3. Prepare Cheese Sauce: In a saucepan, combine evaporated milk, cream, and beaten eggs. Heat gently, stirring constantly. Gradually add shredded cheeses until fully melted and smooth.
  4. Add Seasonings: Stir in garlic, onions, scotch bonnet pepper (if using), and optional add-ins. Season with salt and black pepper.
  5. Combine Pasta and Sauce: Mix cooked pasta with cheese sauce until evenly coated. Transfer to a greased baking dish.
  6. Top with Cheese: Sprinkle additional cheese on top for a golden crust.
  7. Bake: Bake in preheated oven for 25–30 minutes or until top is golden brown and bubbling.
