Ingredients
  

  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 1/2 lemon juiced
  • 1- inch piece of ginger
  • 1 green apple optional for sweetness

Method
 

  1. Prepare the ingredients: Wash and peel the cucumber, and slice the celery and green apple. Cut the lemon in half and juice it. Peel the ginger.
