Ingredients
  

  • 2 chicken breasts or thighs
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt & black pepper
  • Paprika
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Method
 

  1. Cut chicken into thin fry-shaped strips.
  2. Season with salt, pepper, and spices.
  3. Set up 3 bowls: flour, eggs, breadcrumbs.
  4. Coat chicken: flour → egg → breadcrumbs.
  5. Heat oil to 350°F (175°C).
  6. Fry 4–6 minutes until golden and crispy.
  7. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.

Notes

  • Use panko breadcrumbs for extra crunch.
  • Don’t overcrowd the pan while frying.
  • Chicken thighs = juicier, chicken breast = leaner.
  • Air fryer or oven can be used for a healthier version.
  • Best served immediately for maximum crispiness.
