  • 2 cans 10–12 oz canned chicken, drained
  • ½ cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion optional
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt adjust to taste

Method
 

  1. Drain the canned chicken and use a fork to break it apart into small pieces.
