Method

  1. Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for about 3-5 minutes.

  5. Add Topping: In the last 5 minutes of cooking, spread ketchup on top of the meatloaf for a flavorful glaze.
  6. Rest and Slice: Let the meatloaf rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • Vegetables: You can add finely chopped vegetables like carrots, celery, or bell peppers to the mixture for added flavor and nutrition.
  • Cheese: For a cheesy twist, you can add grated cheese into the meat mixture or on top during the last few minutes of cooking.
  • Moisture: If the meatloaf seems dry, consider adding a little milk or extra Worcestershire sauce to the mixture.
  • Storage: Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 4 days or frozen for up to 3 months. Reheat in the air fryer to maintain a crispy texture.
