Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup 226g unsalted butter, softened
  • ¼ cup 85g honey
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon fine sea salt optional
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract optional

Method
 

  1. Soften the Butter: Allow the butter to sit at room temperature until soft and easy to mix. Avoid melting it completely.
  2. Combine Ingredients: Place the softened butter in a mixing bowl. Add the honey, cinnamon, salt (if using), and vanilla extract (if using).
  3. Whip Until Fluffy: Using a hand mixer, beat the mixture on medium speed for 2–3 minutes until light, fluffy, and fully combined.
  4. Taste and Adjust: Taste the butter and adjust the sweetness or cinnamon level according to your preference.
  5. Serve or Store: Serve immediately on warm bread, biscuits, pancakes, waffles, muffins, or dinner rolls. Transfer leftovers to an airtight container and refrigerate.

  • Raw honey provides a deeper, more natural sweetness.
  • For a stronger cinnamon flavor, increase the cinnamon to 2½ teaspoons.
