Method
 

  1. Prepare the Chicken: Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  2. Coating Process: Set up a dredging station with three shallow bowls. In the first bowl, place the flour. In the second, place the beaten eggs. In the third, place the breadcrumbs.
  3. Coat the Nuggets: Dip each piece of chicken into the flour, then into the egg, and finally coat it with the breadcrumbs. Make sure each piece is fully covered.
  4. Frying: Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Fry the chicken pieces in batches for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove from the pan and drain on a paper towel-lined plate.
