Method
- Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C) and grease pan.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time and mix.
- Add heavy cream, butter, and honey. Mix until smooth.
- Pour into pan and place in a water bath.
- Bake for 45–55 minutes until edges are set and center slightly jiggles.
- Turn off oven, cool inside with door open for 1 hour.
- Chill in fridge for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes
- Not strict carnivore due to honey; better for animal-based diets.
- Don’t overbake or it may crack.
- Water bath helps keep texture creamy.
- Best flavor and texture after overnight chilling.
- Honey can be reduced or removed for a stricter version.
