Carnivore Cheesecake with Honey

Carnivore Cheesecake with Honey

A decadent cheesecake, round and baked, filled with cream cheese, egg, heavy cream, butter, and honey. It is creamy, thick, and protein-rich, definitely not the best fit for a straight-up carnivore lifestyle (more of an animal-based / low-carb way to eat).

Notes

  • Not strict carnivore due to honey; better for animal-based diets.
  • Don’t overbake or it may crack.
  • Water bath helps keep texture creamy.
  • Best flavor and texture after overnight chilling.
  • Honey can be reduced or removed for a stricter version.
