Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice optional
  • 1 –2 teaspoons hot sauce optional

Method
 

  1. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat.
  2. Add the honey and whisk until fully combined.
  3. Stir in the Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
  4. Add lemon juice and hot sauce if using.
  5. Continue whisking for 1–2 minutes until smooth and well blended.
  6. Remove from heat and serve warm over your favorite dishes.

Notes

  • Adjust the Cajun seasoning to make the sauce milder or spicier.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
  • Reheat gently over low heat before serving.
