Method
 

  1. First, warm one cup of water until it is comfortably warm but not boiling.
  2. Next, pour the warm water into a glass or mug.
  3. Add the raw honey and stir well until completely dissolved.
  4. Then, mix in the lemon juice and cinnamon.
  5. If desired, add fresh ginger or apple cider vinegar for extra flavor and wellness support.
  6. Stir thoroughly for another 20–30 seconds.
