  • 1 cup warm water not boiling
  • Optional:

Method
 

  1. Warm 1 cup of water until comfortably warm (do not boil).
  2. Add 1–2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar.
  3. Stir in 1 tablespoon of honey until fully dissolved.
  4. Add optional ingredients like ginger, cinnamon, or lemon for extra flavor and benefits.
  5. Drink immediately for best results, preferably on an empty stomach in the morning.
  6. For post-workout use, drink within 30 minutes of exercise.
