  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • Optional: garlic powder chili powder, or cinnamon

Method
 

  1. Wash and dry the sweet potatoes; peel if you prefer.
  2. Cut into evenly sized wedges for consistent cooking.
  3. Toss wedges in oil, salt, and seasonings in a bowl.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  5. Arrange wedges in a single layer—avoid stacking.
  6. Cook for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway, until crisp and tender.
  7. Serve warm.
